Getting Started in Athletics
A Step-by-Step Guide to Participating in Athletics
The following must be completed TWO WEEKS BEFORE the first day of practice/tryouts:
1. SUBMIT YOUR ON-LINE ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION PACKET Register below.
Reminder: All physicals must be submitted on these forms. This is mandated by MSHSAA.
For First-Time Users (Click 'Register Now' if you have not registered on this site before)
For Returning Parents (If you have previously registered a student on this site)
Click Family Account Login. Use the username and password you created during your first registration. Once logged in, you may click on the ‘Register’ dropdown and register an existing student or add a new student in your account.
2. GET A PHYSICAL EXAM This is the link to the physical exam form you need to take with you to the doctor Physical Examination Form
If a student intends to play sports for the Timberland Wolves, he/she must have a valid physical on file in the Activities Office prior to participation. Your Physical Examination Form must be uploaded here.
Reminder: A valid physical is dated after Feb. 1, 2016 (for the 2016-17 school year) and must be filled out and signed by a doctor.
3. FINISH FILLING OUT THE PACKET
After the student’s physical has been completed, make sure you complete the remainder of the registration. This includes:
Student Signatures (SEVERAL)
Parent/Guardian Signatures (SEVERAL)
Medical/Basic Accident Insurance Information
The Wentzville 3 in 1 form.
All forms must be completed here on-line & your Physical Examination Form uploaded. This must be completed TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SPORTS SEASON.
4. COMPLETE THE IMPACT TEST
A student must be ImPact Tested every two years (For 2016-17 this means, Freshmen, Juniors or students new to Timberland or new to athletics).

5. GET A PRACTICE CARD
Once you complete the on-line Activities registration, uploaded your Physical Examination Form and have taken the ImPact test, the student will be issued a practice card. Students must come to the Activities Office to obtain a practice card. Practice cards should be obtained from the Activities Office two weeks prior to the first day of practices/tryouts. Students must give their coach a practice card in order to participate. If the student does not have a practice card the first day of tryouts/practices, they may NOT participate.
6. PICK A SPORT/ACTIVITY
Once you have completed the on-line Activities registration & obtained a practice card, decide what sport/activity you wish to try out for.
