Returning users: Use the username and password you created during your first family registration. Remember to add each sport for each season they will be playing sports. To select more than one sport in that season, hold CTRL and select the sports. Each student should register for a sport that they might be trying out for/playing in that season. The form will auto-populate the answers based from your previously submitted registration. Please review and update the answers such as insurance, medication, diagnoses, emergency contacts, phone numbers, etc. You may log in at any time to your family account if you need a copy of your student's physical packet.
