DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR FINAL CLEARANCE IS WEDNESDAY, 10/28/2020.
The following must be completed ASAP & NO LATER THAN THE FINAL CLEARANCE CUT OFF DATE.
1. ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ON-LINE FAMILY ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FOR EACH SPORT PLAYED
Register your family below. Use Google Chrome as your Internet Browser when accessing this website.
Reminder: All physicals must be submitted on these forms. This is mandated by MSHSAA. To ensure that your student athlete is ready to participate the first day of tryouts, please be sure to get all of these items done very early to avoid any delay. There will be emails sent out to all parents & students for each season of sports reminding everyone of what needs to be done. Please be on the look out for these emails about two months prior to the beginning of each season.
Please click "Register Now" to either register for the first time or if you are a Returning User.
2. GET A PHYSICAL EXAM
This is the link to the MSHSAA Physical Packet you need to take with you to the doctor MSHSAA Physical Packet.
If a student intends to play sports for the Timberland Wolves, they must have a valid physical on file in the Activities Office prior to participation. Your MSHSAA Physical Packet may be uploaded to your family athletic registration account. If you do not have a scanner available to upload a PDF of these forms, please bring the full packet to the Activities Office, in person, so that we can upload them to your student's registration account. Please keep a copy of the full packet for your records.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAXES FROM THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE OF YOUR MSHSAA PHYSICAL PACKET. YOU MUST BRING YOUR MSHSAA PHYSICAL PACKET, IN PERSON, TO THE ACTIVITIES OFFICE. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MSHSAA PHYSICAL PACKET IN THE MAIN OFFICE.
All physicals are now valid for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of issue. For example, date of physical 3/15/2020, physical will expire on 3/15/2022. The MSHSAA physical packet must be completely filled out and signed by a doctor. If any information or signatures are missing, the packet will be returned for you to complete.
All forms must be completed here on-line & your MSHSAA Physical Packet uploaded (or brought to the Activities Office). NO LATER THAN THE FINAL CLEARANCE CUT OFF DATE FOR THAT SEASON.
